Short version: we only process the details you send us through the form, to review your site and reply to you. No cookies, no tracking.

Who is responsible

What we collect

What you type into the form: website address, name, e-mail address, country, traffic range, topics and your message. We also record the time of submission, your browser type and your IP address with the last part removed, to prevent abuse of the form.

Why

To review your website and reply to your request with a net price per article. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free from spam.

How long

24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together. In that case we keep the details for the duration of our relationship and the legal retention periods that apply to invoices.

Who sees it

The two people who run Novaflow LLC. Our providers process the data on our behalf: Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server in Germany, and Google Workspace handles our e-mail. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers before you agree to work with us.

Cookies and tracking

None. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. The web server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for 30 days, for security.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your details, have them corrected or deleted, restrict or object to their processing, and receive them in a portable format. Write to contact@novaflow-media.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority in your country.
